Directions to Knit Wits Dereham
From Fakenham / Holt area...Travel into Dereham on the B1110, which will bring you into Dereham Market Place with the George Hotel on the right. Go left at the junction, heading towards the pedestrian crossing. Take the 1st left, then immediately turn left before the pub into the Cherry Tree car park. We are located just behind the wall which is now on your left. Download as PDF. From Norwich...Leave the A47 on the slip-road to the Tesco roundabout. Take the third exit on this roundabout to head towards Dereham town centre, going under the flyover before going straight on at two sets of traffic lights. Keep going straight on this road, which will lead you into Dereham Market Place. At the top end of the Market Place, you will see a triangular roundabout with a war memorial in the centre. Go round this junction, taking the second exit. At the pedestrian crossing, take the 1st left, then immediately turn left before the pub into the Cherry Tree car park. From Watton / Thetford...Travel towards Dereham on the A1075 - eventually you will encounter the traffic lights with the Railway Tavern Fish 'n' Chip shop in front of you. Turn left at this junction, and stay on this road to eventually enter Dereham Town Centre. At the top end of the Market Place, you will see a triangular roundabout with a war memorial in the centre. At the bottom of the skip-road, turn right towards the traffic lights, then turn left. Stay on this road to eventually enter Dereham Town Centre. Knit Wits Dereham are based at the top end of the Dereham Market Place - we are adjacent to the large Cheery Tree public car-park, so there is ample FREE parking with very easy access.
